Six U18 Premier Titans have been affiliated with the New Jersey Titans NAHL program. The Titan’s Advancement model highlights the importance of professional coaching and development in the hockey world. The process of players transitioning to the NAHL team is seen as a natural progression here at the Titans, indicating our growth and the effectiveness of the development system in place.
Development and consistency plays a crucial role in honing the skills of these athletes and preparing them for the challenges of higher levels of Junior and College Hockey. Our coaches are instrumental in identifying areas of improvement, providing personalized training regimens, and fostering a supportive environment for players to thrive.
The advancement model here at the Titans continues to be a success in all eight seasons of having an NAHL team and beyond. We are proud of our youth players who we watch continuously get better and move up through the ranks in Middletown.
Jp Saddy U18 Premier Defense, Titan of 5 years, Titans NAHL Tender says,
"The environment at the Titans emphasizes development, a healthy culture, and a top tier experience. The facilities are top notch, some of the best I have seen in the country with two rinks, a recovery room, Sports Performance Lab, designated locker rooms and video with top analysts. Knowing that Coach Haviland gives you every opportunity at the Titans to climb the ladder of development and that there is a pathway to junior hockey if you work hard gives us a lot of incentive. Being able to play Juniors in Middletown is something we all strive to achieve under Haviland’s guidance and coaching."
Saddy has grown exponentially since becoming a Titan and is a true testament to what we do here in Middletown. Trevor Dalton, Affiliate is slated to play his first Titans NAHL game on February 13th against the Danbury Jr. Hattricks.
