The New Jersey Titans' mission of developing players and moving them to the next level within the program has been at the forefront of how we operate. The Titans have seen success in moving players from its youth program through its Midget U16 and U18 program and eventual NA3 or NAHL team.

"Being able to give kids a place to play, develop and succeed from when they're 15 until they are 21 about to go to college is a very special feeling..." says Haviland who had the chance to develop NAHL Allstars like Kyle Jeffers and Gavin Gulash. Jeffers and Gulash both play NCAA division 1 after a successful path here from bantams and midgets to our North American Hockey League team.

Graduating players from the U18 program to the North American team is not unusual. Five U18's will be finishing the season with the NAHL team as they race for another Robertson Cup Championship; Arhip Sidarovich, Patrick Haines, Dario Sacino, Jason Towindo, and Lucas Karlsson.

The Titans continue to grow and find success each year. As we prepare for next season, the Titans outline their program offerings per team on our website. Please visit our 23-24 tab to access our program offerings for the upcoming season.
