USA Hockey’s National Championships begin for the Titans U16 and U19 Tier I girls’ teams today at Ice Line in West Chester, PA. This will be the ninth time in the Titans history that at least one Titans’ girls’ team has advanced to Nationals.

U16 Overview
The U16 team has achieved many accomplishments throughout this season including the following: Many of its players are now playing in their second or third national championship; They won the CCM Showcase, and they swept the New Jersey Colonials in a best-of-three series to advance to Nationals.

They will be one of sixteen teams that have qualified for nationals. They will begin a three-game round-robin format starting at 11:00 AM this morning against the Chicago Mission. They will play Shattuck St -Mary's (MN) tomorrow at 7:15 PM, and then they will play Team Wisconsin on Saturday at 12:45 PM.  The championship game is scheduled for Monday, May 3 at 10:00 AM.

U19 Overview
The U19 team also has had many accomplishments this season. To name a few, they won the President’s Day Tournament, and have six players who have made either ACHA, NCAA D3 or NCAA D1 college commitments.

They will be one of sixteen teams that have qualified for nationals. They will begin a three-game round-robin format starting at 3:15 PM this afternoon against the Chicago Mission. They will play RYA at Selects Academy (NY) tomorrow at 8:45 AM, and then they will play Culver Academy (IN) on Saturday at 5:15 PM.  The championship game is scheduled for Monday, May 3 at 11:15 AM.
